Water Justice Knowledge Exchange

The Water Justice Knowledge Exchange is a series of knowledge exchange sessions between scholars and community-based organizations around water injustice. This collaborative effort was developed by Hannah Friedrich (PhD Candidate, Geography), God'sgift Chukwuonye (PhD Candidate, Environmental Science), and myself with support from the Graduate & Professional Student Council and Humanitarian Assistance Technical Support.

The goal of the speaker series is two-fold:

  1. share examples of how researchers and community-based organizations collaborate on issues relating to water and social justice, and

  2. provide a glimpse into what researcher relationships entail with regard to building partnerships with shared project goals and visions.
